Meet The Team
Hey! My name is Ebony and I am the founder of EMC Disability Support Pty Ltd.
I am 22 years old and love to spend my time hanging out with friends, going for walks, adventuring around and enjoying nice foods! I am hardworking, friendly, bubbly, and very passionate about the work I do!
I completed my Certificate 4 in Disability and have been in this industry for 4 years, specifically support work for 2 years for people with a disability.
I have a brother with Cerebral Palsy so I have a great understanding of the daily struggles families and individuals face. I also work closely with people aged 3-23 years old with Down Syndrome, ASD, extreme behaviours, Anxiety, Trauma, PTSD, Cerebral Palsy, ADHD and rare genetic conditions.
Helping and watching people grow, build new skills and live a happy life fulfils me. I’m very excited to support young adults and children to build new skills, improve on current skills, go on adventures, build friendships, and make some awesome memories along the way.

Somethings I absolutely love to do in my spare time are snowboarding, hiking, bike riding, Motocross, skateboarding, and the occasional camping sunsets.
Something close to my heart is photography which has been a passion of mine since I was young, working with people on their special days and getting to share bright heart-warming memories with others has been such a rewarding experience.
One last thing that i am very lucky to have experience is that I got to backpack all across the USA, I got to work on summer camp teaching kids sport and fishing and lastly I got the opportunity to volunteer overseas in the Philippines in an immersion trip raising money for Children who could not afford schooling or shelter. These have had a really positive impact on my life and i will always cherish these memories forever, I absolutely love helping people!
Working with people in a happy high energy social environment is where I love to be and I can’t wait to share lots of memories with you all!
Hey there! My name is Ruby and I am thrilled to be part of the EMC team!
I am 19 years old and I have a huge passion for helping people in any way shape or form. I am full of life and enthusiasm and my aim is always to put a smile on the face of everyone I meet!
I love to express myself through music and while I would like to think I can play guitar, singing is really where I excel.
One of my favourite places to be is the beach but whether I'm in Torquay, at a lake or just a pool, I will always be happy as long as I can get in the water! Travel is another interest of mine and through high school I was lucky enough to get to learn Indonesian language. Through this program I was fortunate enough to travel there with a group from my school back in 2019 which is a memory I will always cherish.
I will be the first one to tell you that you truly can do anything you set your mind to, but I won't stop there, I will be there every step of the way helping you get there and with the support of EMC, I am so excited to help you do anything and everything you set your mind to.
